Because our products are scent-based and made in small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@humanebeanslab.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Scent Preferences

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and candles, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on scent preference.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
